One popular formula for doing this is the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level Readability Formula, which considers things like the average word length and the number of words in a sentence to determine the level of education needed to be able to understand the sentence.

Using heading in your page structure can have a big impact on searchability. Search engines use the headings to index the structure and content of your web pages. Most of the content that ranks in the top 10 of Google is over 2000 words in length, so you need to create long-form content. When you write content that gets your audience excited, you’re more likely to accumulate social shares and links. But if you’re after links, you need to create content for people who are actually able to give you links. Besides looking for established companies and Internet presences to learn from, you can also pick up some good tips and quick information from up and coming companies that are suddenly doing well in the rankings. In establishing domain names, you may come across articles, which may suggest not to make use of hyphens on them. You should become aware though that using hyphens on your domain name is not a bad practice. However, you should know that most people these days, are not used to typing domain names on their browsers that come with hyphens.

Get some paid social media promotion

Google has come out and said that HTTPS is a confirmed ranking factor. That said, they haven’t actually confirmed how much this impacts search rankings.
